Chef Jordan Rainbolt’s Supper Club is an experimental dinner that centers on an evolving menu based off of her Native American heritage. She is constantly studying + uncovering details of her roots through food. partnering with winston junction market, the moon dinner supper club is a 5 course dinner that the team hosts monthly in which chef pulls inspiration from the Native American moon calendar.

Each menu is curated to the story of the moon and season while intentionally highlighting the indigenous ingredients of our region.
